First time in rental program May 2009. Romar House 303B is a three bedroom unit with a spacious split floor plan directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and the master bedroom! Tastefully decorated in soft, coastal colors, the unit offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation.  The master bedroom offers a king size Tempur-Pedic bed and a large dressing area in the master bath. The other two bedrooms offer a queen size bed and a set of twin beds. There are new electronics throughout that include flat screen TVs with DVDs and a Blu-ray player in the living room.  Wireless Internet Service is offered at no extra charge. The full-sized, well-equipped kitchen includes a separate ice maker.  There is a separate laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience.  Collected beach artifacts are tastefully exhibited throughout the unit. The balcony offers views of the Gulf and both swimming pools from a popular third floor location.  Reserved covered parking is provided.
